We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are from 9am – 5pm EST Monday through Friday.

What is the skill set of your Services team?

Our team of Administrative & Managed Services have a variety of excellent skill sets and can handle anything that is assigned to them. Some of the common tasks are answering inbound calls, making calls to clients/patients, invoicing, data processing, and scheduling. We can also assist with event planning, social media posts, book-keeping and much more. 

Our Project Managers and Consultants are talented and experienced professionals that can oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. With excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, our Project Managers and Consultants will be able to take your company to the next level.

What can your CRM Technology team do to help our company?

We have certified CRM professionals who will custom-build user platforms for both your office and field users, develop new applications unique to your business and integrate virtually any external application into your system. We will also help you set up your user platforms and integrate many of the current programs you may be using. Our trained CRM staff will provide consultation and training and can design experiences unique to you.

How do I get in touch with the Service team, Project Manager or Consultant?

You may contact the Service team, Project Manager or Consultant through a direct email that you will be provided or by calling directly at 416-699-7711.

What happens after I sign up?

We will set you up with a customized email address for ease of communication with your virtual assistant.

You will also be provided with a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the predetermined parameters of the agreement with DWC.

How do I keep track of my hours?

DWC will provide you with a report of hours used at the end of each month.

What happens if I go over my allotted hours?

If you do happen to go over your allotted hours, don’t worry; we will monitor and together we will decide on the next steps. We will discuss the possibility of changing your plan with greater hours, or we can charge overages on a month-to-month basis. DWC will ensure we will find the right plan that fits your business.

How does DWC bill?

Based on what is specified in your agreement, DWC will auto-bill the credit card on file on a monthly basis. A receipt of payment will be emailed to you.

Is there a yearly contract?

Before you sign a yearly contract with us, you will be given a free 30-day trial.  After the trial, together we will discuss what strategies are working and identify opportunities. From there, we will come up with a contract and find the solution that works best for you.
